Do I need to register my cover for warranty coverage?
No registration required. Your order confirmation serves as proof of purchase. We keep records of all orders and can look up your coverage anytime.
What if I bought my cover from a dealer or Amazon?
Same warranty applies. Just provide your order confirmation or receipt from the authorized seller. We honor all purchases through official channels.
Can I transfer the warranty if I sell my vehicle?
Yes, for Weatherproof Max covers. The lifetime warranty transfers to the new owner with proof of original purchase. Standard and Weatherproof warranties are non-transferable.
What counts as "normal wear" vs a defect?
Defects are failures in materials or workmanship -- seams coming apart, fabric tearing without external cause, hardware breaking. Normal wear is gradual fading, minor scuffs, or elasticity loss after years of use.
How long does the warranty claim process take?
Most claims are processed within 30 business days. Approved claims receive prorated credit toward a replacement cover, which typically ships within 2-7 business days.
What if my cover model has been discontinued?
We'll issue prorated credit toward the current equivalent model at no additional cost. If an upgrade is the only option, we cover the difference.
