What is the minimum opening order?

Our minimum opening order is 10 units across any mix of tiers and sizes. After the initial order, there is no minimum for reorders.

Do you offer drop-shipping?

Yes. We can ship directly to your customers with blind shipping (no AllGuard branding on the package). Drop-ship fees are waived for Growth and Enterprise partners.

What are your lead times?

Standard wholesale orders ship within 3–5 business days. Large or custom orders may require 7–10 business days. We confirm lead time when your order is placed.

Is there a MAP policy?

Yes. We enforce Minimum Advertised Price across all channels to protect dealer margins. MAP details are provided during onboarding.

Can I return unsold inventory?

We offer a 30-day return window on unopened, unbranded inventory in original packaging. Custom or co-branded orders are final sale.

Do you support international dealers?

Currently, our wholesale program serves dealers and fleets within the United States. International inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
